AV Chicago is establishing its new home in Maywood at 50 Madison Street, where the company is transforming the historic 1923 Armory into a modern hub for production, design, and events. The 43,000-square-foot facility will bring everything under one roof,  offices, staging, storage, rehearsal areas, and a signature 7,500-square-foot venue designed to host weddings, galas, performances, and corporate events. By relocating from the South Loop, AV Chicago is expanding its ability to deliver full-service AV production, rentals, lighting, video, and hybrid experiences, while providing clients with a streamlined space to plan, test, and perfect their events. The move also represents an investment in the Maywood community, bringing jobs, activity, and new opportunities for collaboration and growth.
