Having served as an owner’s representative, contractor, subcontractor, and senior executive, Troy brings a unique, well-rounded perspective to every job. His ability to understand and anticipate the needs of all stakeholders enables him to foster clear communication, resolve challenges quickly, and keep projects on track from start to finish. Since founding Oakwood Construction Services in 2022, Troy has remained committed to delivering results that are customized, timely, and built for long-term performance.
